• A： Fachine is a factory that produce ranging from the components of the circuit breaker, MCCB(stamping parts), to the complete products. We have the competitive price on the market.

• Q：What are the conditions to be the agent of FACHINE?
• A：It is according the exclusive or not, usually, the First trial order be more than 5,000 US dollars.

• Q： What’s the delivery time when a customer has an order?
• A：It is according to the quantity and the product, usually, the goods will be delivered within 2-3 weeks after placing an order.

• Q：What is the warranty for each product?
• A：Usually the warranty be Five-year for the low-voltage electrical products.

• Q：How about The shipment terms?  
• A：FOB\C&F\CIF

• Q：How about The payment terms?   
• A：1, L&C
  2、TT 30% deposit in advance, 70% balance against the copy of B/L or before the shipment.

• Q：What is the MOQ?
• A：1. The sample order has no MOQ requirements.
        2. First-order should be 5,000 USD and the quantity according to the products.

• Q：What kind of orders received by FACHINE?
• A： OEM, ODM, and special requirements are accepted.

• A：We can provide samples for free,
  but the sample amount must not exceed the company’s specified range.  The freight cost should be paid by clients except for special cases.
